The application for fresh admissions commences from 07th November, 2022 for the session 2023-24.

The admission is strictly based on performance in the admission test. However, there is no admission test for L.K.G. to I. Parents / guardians are asked to fill in the admission forms with the utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted.

All admissions will be based strictly on the merit of the candidate and availability of seats. Any effort to seek admission by offering a donation to the school or by some recommendation will debar a student from getting admission.

The School Management reserves the right to admit or refuse pupils seeking admission to the school without furnishing any reason whatsoever. Similarly, the management decides when the question of retaining a student in school arises.

Documents Necessary at the time of admission –

• Date of birth certificate (Original and an attested copy).
• Original Transfer Certificate of the previous school.
• Original report card of the class last attended.
• Medical fitness certificate from the doctor and state if the child is suffering from any major ailment.
• Attested copies of proof of ID of mother and father (Pan card/Aadhar card/Driving license/Passport).
• Two passport size coloured photographs of the child.
• One postcard size coloured photograph of the child with parents.
• If belonging to Schedule caste / schedule tribe an appropriate certificate should be submitted.

Assessment and Promotion

Learning is a joyful experience and enables the learner to discover the oceans of knowledge and nurture the talent and creative potential of the learner. The unwarranted overemphasis on the concept of examination is a deterrent to joyful learning. We believe that fear and threat of examination should be minimized.

The school follows continuous comprehensive evaluation. Class I onwards there is both formative and summative evaluation, throughout the year. The performance of students will be graded. There is no provision of marks.

In Principle, the school does not believe in the policy of detention, wastage and stagnation. Promotion is granted on the basis of the performance in CCE throughout the year.

• Promotion to the next class depends on the whole year’s work, regular attendance, overall development and ability to cope with the next step in the student’s education.
• Evaluation of the academic performance will be based on the tests and examinations conducted and the assignments allotted from time to time
• The promotion policy for secondary and senior secondary classes is as per CBSE guidelines.
