Grasshopper Activity
Blending up different subjects in one place is precisely known as interdisciplinary approach in education. Modern pedagogy emphasizes on interdisciplinary approach from the early stage. The Grasshopper activity is the perfect example of the interdisciplinary approach of education where the concept of geometry is blended with Art and science. Little Adityans, made grasshoppers from different shapes and sizes (triangle for the body and Oval for head) and used their Artistic skill to make a work of art.
