Keeping this into consideration and in line with the International Day of Yoga the ABPS Bhubaneswar organised two days Online Yoga Workshop on June 18 & 19. Several asanas along with their proven benefits were shared and taught over two dayslikeTadasana,Vrikshasana,Trikonasana, Ushtrasana, Mundukasana, ShashankasanaVirabhadrasana, Urdhwahastottanasana, Katichakrasana,Gomukhasana, Bhujangasana, and Noukasana.
