Spicmacay Cinema Classics

The Aditya Birla Public School, Bhubaneswar has been associated with SPICMACAY. On December 10, 2021, the school co-hosted Charlie Chaplin’s Modern Times for the students of classes 3-11 under SPICMACAY’s online Cinema Classics Series.

The pre-screening activities included the introduction of SPIC MACAY, the screening of a documentary, the introduction of the Cinema Classics initiative along with the introduction of the film expert, a Chaplin enthusiast Dr. Ashok Aswani. Anwesha Mishra, Abhipsa Pati and Aniket Das were involved in the pre-screening activities. Post screening included a short quiz for the audience, followed by Question & Answer session with the film expert, highlighting the important or interesting points of the film.
